    March 30, 1973 - February 8, 2019

    A Memorial Service for Craig was held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Shickley, Nebraska. Pastor James Moll officiated the service. A Graveside Committal Service was held in the Shickley Public Cemetery following the Memorial Service. Memorials are suggested to the: American Heart Association 3816 Paysphere Circle Chicago, IL 60674 Craig J. Flathman, 45, died unexpectedly February 8, 2019, at his home in Eustis, Florida. He was born March 30, 1973, in Belleville, Kansas, the son of Wayne and Linda (Woodside) Flathman. Craig graduated from Shickley Public Schools in 1991 and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hastings College in 1995. He worked for SITEL Corporation for over 20 years as a Systems Engineer. Craig was a kindhearted and quiet soul who was passionate about the Nebraska Cornhuskers, NASCAR Racing, and spending time with his daughters. Craig could often be found working on his home and in his garden and supporting his children’s sporting events. In addition to his parents, Wayne and Linda of Shickley, Nebraska, Craig is survived by his daughters, Ryley Flathman, Casey Flathman, Molly Flathman, and Shea Flathman all of Sorrento, Florida; his sister, Roxanne (Matthew) Schutz of Otoe, Nebraska; nieces Kirsten and Dannielle Schutz of Otoe, Nebraska; nephew, Jacob Schutz of Otoe, Nebraska; and extended family and many friends.
