    Linda B. Clark

    June 17, 1933 - January 2, 2020

    It was Linda's wish to be cremated. Her family will have a private Committal of Ashes at the Geneva Public Cemetery. Linda Blanche Clark was born to Martin & Blanche Schueman on June 17, 1933 at Chicago, Illinois and passed away on January 2, 2020 at Bryan West Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 86 years, 6 months, and 16 days. She was one of three children born in the family. After graduating high school, Linda met and married Andrew Ford Means. To this union two children were born: David & Connie. They eventually divorced. Later on, she met David C. Clark, while he was serving in the US Marine Corp. To this union five children were born: Lynn, Brad, Mark, Tami, and Gordon. The family eventually moved back to Nebraska. Linda worked as a cook at the Emery Café and then the Hilltop Café while raising seven children She was divorced from David and then moved to Arizona for several years to be near her daughter, Connie. She later moved back to Geneva to be closer to the rest of her family. Linda lived a simple and quiet life. She had a strong faith in God and loved her family. She also loved to follow the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers! She will be remembered as being a giver. She always watched out for others. Even upon her death, she was an eligible candidate for tissue donation through LiveOn Nebraska, and she will continue to help others through her donation. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Martin & Blanche; brothers Kenneth Schueman and Herb Schueman; husbands Andrew Ford Means and David Charles Clark; son Mark William Clark; and grandson Bryant Dean Mussman. She is survived by her children David Means and wife Cindy of York, Nebraska, Connie Spiker and husband Fred of Sun City, Arizona, Lynn Mussman and husband Rex of Ohiowa, Nebraska, Brad Clark and wife Star of Geneva, Nebraska, Tami Dittmer and husband Dave of Ohiowa, Nebraska, Gordon Clark and wife Darlene of Munford, Alabama; 16 grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren; and many friends.
