Patricia C. Kronhofman

Patricia (Trish) Carol Kronhofman was born to Tonie Scott Rutherford and Edna Geneva England on December 28, 1972, in Chow Chilla, California. She passed away on March 6, 2025, at home in Tobias, Nebraska at the age of 52. Trish was one of two children. Trish went to Mariposa high school, dropping out at the age of 15 when she fell in love with Ronnie Rainey Sr. and brought her 1st child into the world (William Rainey Sr.) in the year 1988. Ronnie and Trish parted ways. Trish then got her G.E.D and Married Mark Miller Sr. in 1990. They brought two more children into the world. (Mark Miller Jr & Courtanie Carney.) They parted ways in 1992. Trish then went back to school getting her associate’s degree in behavioral science while she proudly worked for the Stanislaus County developmental center working with people that have developmental disabilities. During this time Trish married Patrick McDonald in the year 2000. They parted ways in the year 2001 and she moved to Blue Springs, Nebraska. Trish overcame many medical concerns and was no longer able to work doing the thing she loved the most. Trish then met and married Glenn Kronhofman of Tobias, Nebraska in July 2011 adding 7 more children to the family. Trish and Glenn loved traveling and camping. Trish enjoyed fishing and hayrack rides while Glenn drove the tractor. Trish cherished her children, grandchildren, and first great-grandchild, eagerly planning family gatherings. She cooked her beloved dinner rolls and chicken dumplings for holidays and took the grandchildren shopping or to the movies. When not planning events, she crafted yarn dolls, watched movies or crime shows, spent time with her cat, and talked on the phone for hours socializing with friends and family. Trish often enjoying a Blue Maui and Mountain Dew or a shot of Tequila at the local bar and margaritas at the local Mexican restaurant. Trish also took pride in her tattoos, especially a series of spiderwebs on her neck representing her conquered fear of spiders, with one spider representing each grandchild. Patrica Kronhofman was preceded in death by her parents, Tonie Rutherford & Edna England. Her Husband Glenn Kronhofman, granddaughter Elizabeth Labenz, grandson Bryce Peters, some cousins, aunts and uncles. She is survived by her Brother Tony Rutherford of California, Step mother Donna Rutherford of California, Step Sisters in California Sherri Robinson, Tara Robinson, Angela Merrell and Michelle Tucker; Her son William Rainey Sr. of Wymore, Nebraska and his children Celena Lintz, William Rainey Jr., Danika, Elijah, Sophia, Emmet, Ellie, Khalianna, Kaydrianna, and Adrianna; Her son Mark Miller Jr. (Crystal) of Deshler, Nebraska and children Tequilla, Falynn, Kaisley and Theodore; Her daughter Courtanie (William) Carney of Beatrice, Nebraska and children Jaylynn, Raychel and Kiyana; Her stepson Joe (Paige) Kronhofman of Ainsworth, Nebraska and children Kortney and Cody; her step daughter Tanya (Tim) Peters of Stromsburg, Nebraska and child Claton; Her step daughter Gina (Larry) Schaffer of Tobias, Nebraska and children Mikayla (Ricky) NuÑez ( and their son Lorenzo, the first great grandchild and second grandchild, Noah), Hailey and Kolby; Her step daughter Donna Jacobitz of Brunning, Nebraska and her children Shana and Bradley; Her step daughter Charlotte (Lonnie) Rachow of Shelton, Nebraska and their children Kylee and Hunter; Her step daughter Cindy (Scott) of Geneva, Nebraska and their children Dominic, Faith and Kellin; Her step daughter Susan (Mark) Labenz of Brunning, Nebraska and their children Jacob and Isabella; along with nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and many friends. A Memorial Service for Patricia was held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Farmer & Son Funeral Home - Kotas Chapel in Milligan, Nebraska with Kim Dunker presiding. Private Family Burial of Ashes will be held at a later date. There were 4 special selections for Patricia’s service, “I”ll Do Anything For Love” by Meatloaf, “The Dance” by Garth Brooks, “Supermarket Flowers” by Ed Sheeran and “Every Rose Has It’s Thorn” by Poison. Honorary Urn Bearers included Jana Fletcher, Cindy Rainey, Maria Lintz, Daniel Britt and Raychel Cupid. Memorials were directed to the family to designated at a later date in Patricia's name.
